Synopsis

After being abandoned and betrayed by his companions, an outlaw has his body soaked in a chemical substance that gives him the ability to stretch like rubber. He decides to use his new powers to take revenge on the criminals who abandoned him, but his actions put him on a collision course with the new boss of the criminal underworld who, by chance, is also his ex-girlfriend.

Description of Sheila Sorrell (Granite Lady):

Eel's ex-girlfriend, she was initially a half-assed singer who performed in clubs and nightclubs frequented by bandits and mafiosi, but what she lacked in talent for music she made up for in crime, as she took down the biggest underworld bosses and became the city's new crime boss. Upon learning that her business is being thwarted by her mutant ex-boyfriend, Sheila decides to go after the same substance that made Eel super powerful, in order to face him one-on-one, the chemical substance transforms her skin into an ultra-resistant material similar to stone.
