Synopsis

After being abandoned and betrayed by his companions, an outlaw has his body soaked in a chemical substance that gives him the ability to stretch like rubber. He decides to use his new powers to take revenge on the criminals who abandoned him, but his actions put him on a collision course with the new boss of the criminal underworld who, by chance, is also his ex-girlfriend.

Description of Patrick "Eel" O'Brien (Plastic Man):

A bumbling former gangster who, after his gang was caught in a police ambush during a secret meeting held at a chemical factory, had his body soaked in a substance and was abandoned by his colleagues. The substance caused him a mutation that made his body malleable, allowing him to stretch like rubber and deform his body into whatever shape he wants, so Eel decides to use his new powers to take revenge on the city's criminals and, consequently, become a not conventional hero.
