Synopsis

Piece by Piece is an upcoming animated biographical musical comedy drama film directed and co-produced by Morgan Neville, in his animated feature debut. It follows the life and career of American musician Pharrell Williams, who stars in the film, through the lens of Lego animation. Produced by The Lego Group, Tremolo Productions and I Am Other, Piece by Piece will mark the fifth theatrical Lego-based film and the first under Universal Pictures's run of their film rights. Alongside Williams and Neville, the film stars the voices of Gwen Stefani, Kendrick Lamar, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Busta Rhymes, Jay-Z, and Snoop Dogg.

Description of Timber (Timberland):

Timothy Zachery Mosley (born March 10, 1972),[4] known professionally as Timbaland, is an American record producer, rapper, and singer.[5] Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, he has received widespread acclaim for his innovative production work and distinctive "stuttering" rhythmic style. In 2007, Entertainment Weekly stated that "just about every current pop trend can be traced back to him—from sultry, urban-edged R&B songstresses [...] to the art of incorporating avant-garde sounds into No. 1 hits."[6]
