Poppy loves spending her days on Pibby Avenue with all of her different friends. However, social worker Elizabeth feels that Poppy should live in an environment with only puppet-robot hybrids like herself. When she sends her to live with a family of ballooned pibbsonas in Illinois, Poppy cannot help but think of her friends back home. Deciding Pibby Avenue is the place for her, Poppy begins an adventurous journey back to where she truly belongs.
