Matt Smith is a Canadian voice actor. He most notably played the voice role of Tien Shinhan in the Ocean Group dubs of Dragon Ball Z. Some of his other notable roles include Hayato Kobayashi in the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise and Hojo in InuYasha.
