During high school of Phineas and Ferb's life, Dr. Doofenschmirtz decides to test a device on someone, Perry The Platypus of course tries to stop him, but in the fight they accidentally hit the button and switch to it, and it blasts on Phineas and turns him into a Mysterious Creature. Scientists and Soldiers take him in and try to cure him back into a human but it doesn't work, and this leaves his cousin, Ferb and sister, Candace left with fear.
