Synopsis

Set in modern-day Tokyo, we follow the protagonist, Ren Amamiya, who is unjustly labeled a delinquent and is sent to Shujin Academy on probation. As he navigates his new life, Ren discovers the existence of the Metaverse—a parallel dimension born from humanity's collective unconscious—where people's distorted desires manifest as malevolent palaces ruled by sinister figures. With the help of his newfound friends, Ren forms the Phantom Thieves of Hearts—a group of vigilante Persona users determined to change the hearts of corrupt individuals and force them to confess their misdeeds.

Description of Takuto Maruki (丸喜拓人):

Takuto Maruki is a counselor hired by Shujin Academy to support students after the incident caused by Suguru Kamoshida.The protagonist unknowingly granted him knowledge of the Metaverse, which Maruki would exploit next year to fulfill everyone's ideal realities by overwriting tragic events from the real world. Maruki is the ruler of his Palace, and acts as the main antagonist of the final arc.
