The streets of London are terrorized by an unknown murderer solely targeting prostitutes, this murderer who the papers have named “The Peeper”, by day is a photographer for the local news named Charlie. A very meek and small man nobody would ever suspect to be the killer, however he is a very twisted man with a horrible past. One of his would be victims, a woman named Sarah, makes Charlie show a different side of himself, he can’t bring himself to kill her, it’s a mystery whether he’ll let her live or finish her off. read more

Sarah is an accountant targeted by Charlie at night. Charlie out of his element, usually only after prostitutes. She surprisingly earns the affection of Charlie and forms a nice relationship with him
