Casting a BISAYA actress for a Marvel Comics character born and raised in Cebu
MCU's Filipino heroine Pearl Pangan/Wave is from Cebu and thus must be Bisaya. The actress, ideally, would be able to speak in the Bisaya language of the Philippines, and have a brown skin tone. Filipinos have different ethnolinguistic groups, so Pearl's heritage must be respected.
