Description of Sammy Lucas (The "Detective"):

An eccentric ex-teen star wanting to make a comeback with unorthodox method acting efforts, which have gotten him kicked off several film sets. In a twist of luck, he won the role of Sherlock's brother, Mycroft Holmes, (literally was the last choice after Kenneth Branagh, WIllem Dafoe, Jeremy Renner, AND Edward Norton). After the murder of the film's star, Sammy takes this as an opportunity to have people really take him seriously by being a detective (albeit, a somewhat subpar one).

  • krmickey97 I can just picture an opening flashback with Sammy as an expy of Damon from The Vampire Diaries or, better yet, a Dawson’s Creek parody in my head (although debately, Adam was too young to be one of the WB’s 25 year old “teenagers”, and would be more CW era).
