Fan Casting Hobgoblin in Spiderman: Webs

After JJ Jameson's retirement, Ned took charge of the Daily Bugle. Having the same hatred that his old boss had towards Spider-Man, he becomes the perfect target. Norman brainwashes Ned into believing that he is actually Harry Osborn in addition to the Hobgoblin, using Ned's initial hatred as a starting point to make the brainwashing work.
