Fan Casting Doctor Octopus in Spiderman: Webs

Otto Octavius had both sets of arms damaged in a battle with Spider-Man, after gaining mind control once again, Otto decided to retire while he was in Ravencroft Institute. In this time he realized that Spider-Man was never his enemy, but the mechanical arms. When he refuses to join the new sinister six, Norman kidnaps him and orchestrates a distraction using Rhino and Hammerhead. With Norman putting new mechanical arms on him, Otto loses control of his mind and becomes Doctor Octopus again.
