A member of Les Bijoux, and one of the Seven Jewels destined to defeat the Treasures of Ruin. Penny is a transfer student from the Galar region who was once subject to horrific bullying, until she and her friends banded together and formed Team Star to fight back—but the confrontation caused such a scandal that she felt she had to take responsibility, and took a gap year and a half to gather her bearings. At first, she thought she'd never return to Paldea, but a chance encounter with some old friends of Quincy's inspired her to face her past failures and bring Team Star's reign of terror to an end. Now, she and her friends enjoy an ordinary school life once more, at least until Penny learns she's one of the seven jewels destined to save the world from ruin! She immediately took up the mantle as a means of taking after the girls who inspired her way back when, but can't help but find her annoyed by a certain mentor and self-proclaimed rival of hers amid her team... Using her Jewelled Staff, she transforms into Pearl Bijou, the jewel of the moonlit night. Asian VAs only.
