Carmine's younger brother and a recurring ally of the Bijoux. Kieran had once befriended Juliana during a school field trip, but when Ogerpon chose her over him, it soured his heart and made him dead-set on defeating her and proving that he's the better choice—but it only got him in heaps of trouble instead. This ended up being the wake-up call Kieran needed to get his act together, and after his sister and friends become Bijoux, he decides to aid them in stopping the Treasures as a means of making up for his past actions.
