In this sequel to the 2013 movie Oscar Biggs now known as The Wizard of Oz thinks he and Glinda have stopped Theodora and Evanora from ever appearing again in The Land of Oz but that's soon about to change when another evil magic user teams up with Theodora and Evanora to help them take over Oz and now Oz must stop this rising threat.
