So, Jacob/John is based of "Prince John" from Robin Hood. (he's a dog/tiger thing in the Disney version). Casting wise, I'd say William is a tad young and Nicholas maybe a bit too old, but their stare is what I'm looking for. In this story, John would obviously be a villain, and his story would somewhat disregard history. John was supposedly Henry's favourite, but for this to work, he'd have to dislike John to the extent of neglect. Richard would be crowned when John was 13/14, giving enough time to know he dislikes his brother and plot to overtake him.
