Joanne Mjadzelics was an ex solder/ex prostitute, who dated Watkins during mid-late 2000's. She found out about Watkins creepy preferences and learnt he had assaulted many children, so she tried to get him arrested. However, she didn't manage to do so, until 2012, when Welsh police checked Watkins PC and found all the horrors.
