Kevin Roe is a supportive father and successful businessman who lived all of his life in Tree Hill until many seasons in the present. Growing up, he began a relationship with Diane Scott which soon lead to her falling pregnant with his first child but was left heartbroken when Diane chose a cheerleading career over him. Kevin was technically a single father of Lucy Scott but he had Kate Scott to help. Kevin was forced to balance his personal life with his business life, running a café, and later the nightclub TRIC, in the center of Tree Hill. Despite running the business alone for many years, Kevin enjoyed a fruitful partnership with Dennis Scott during the later years of his management. Kevin also had a complex romance with Kate Scott, who helped him raise Lucy but the two eventually were engaged until she was killed.
