Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
The movie will be the east blue saga where a rubber boy named Monkey D Luffy sets sail to the sea to find the legendary One Piece and become the Pirate King with help from his crewmates Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp and Sanji
