In a post apocalyptic world, a one armed psychotic man happens upon a stadium. After being rejected at the gates, Oliver Sneaks his way in. Oliver begins to build a small following that he converts into a cult. Each cday lot member must get “Rose Kissed”, a rise tattoo which makes you a permanent member of the cult.
