Description of Joker:
The Clown Prince of crime initially tried to have himself installed as Doc Ock's co-leader of the new Sinister 6, but the others found him impossible to work with and kick him out. He assumes control of the Underground as part of his revenge against the Kingpin. The team minus Batman, (who had been incapacitated by the 6, track down and face him in New York . (We've seen Batman vs Joker so much I wanted to take Batman out of the equation this time) He uses Tinkerer's technology to upgrade his own clown arsenal.
