A developer for a local game company. He's addicted to an online phone game and had a goal of achieving a super rare dodo bird in the game. This all came crashing down when Harry's reckless driving caused him to drop his phone into a fountain, destroying the phone, and causing him to lose the bird. He becomes hellbent on revenge, leading him to commit crimes such as shooting up a nightclub. He tries to fight back against Chris during the climactic shootout, only to get shot in the gut, yet he survives. He is based on Hajime Tanaka.
