A member of the New York mafia, and Harvey Yate's archenemy. He thinks he has something to do with Keith's death, and is trying to frame him for the murder, blackmailing Harry into helping out by kidnapping Bruce's parents, not realizing that Bruce himself ever existed. He's doing very questionable stuff and gets hit with karma big time when he is killed in the climactic shootout. He is based on Dobu.
