Casting characters for the first film or show in the Nova franchise in the MCU. The Novas shown in this franchise are different than the ones shown in the past. These were essentially special forces, black ops, and last resort troops. With the death of Nova Prime and most of the Nova Corps, the Worldmind chose Richard Rider as the new Nova Prime. Takes place before and after the events of Avengers: Infinity War.
