Imagine a live-action superhero teen show based around superheroes from the late 1990's to the late 2000's. Based on existing property or not. How would this look in your mind? The basic plot in mind is that Numbuh One (of the KND) has formed a new orginzation for teens.

Description of Irwin Dracula (Irwin Dracula):

Irwin Dracula is Billy's close friend with an unrequited crush on Mandy. He's a nerd aspiring to be cool and often embarrasses himself in his attempts to impress her. Irwin is half-mummy and one-quarter vampire, with a cowardly personality due to his supernatural heritage. Despite occasional power trips where he tries to make Mandy his queen, she always refuses. Irwin's character is defined by his longing for Mandy's affection and his frequent failures in gaining it.
