Imagine a live-action superhero teen show based around superheroes from the late 1990's to the late 2000's. Based on existing property or not. How would this look in your mind? The basic plot in mind is that Numbuh One (of the KND) has formed a new orginzation for teens.

Description of Bubbles Utonium (Bubbles Utonium):

Bubbles, of the Powerpuff Girls, is known as the Joy and the Laughter of the trio. With blonde hair in pigtails and sky blue eyes, she's portrayed as sweet and emotional, often regarded as the group's weakest link due to her naivety and sensitivity. Despite this, she can become independent and aggressive when provoked, as seen in "Bubblevicious." Named by Professor Utonium for her bubbly personality, Bubbles is caring towards her sisters and others, with her best friend being Octi, a stuffed octopus. She's recognized as the happiest citizen of Townsville and is known for her high-pitched voice, making her the cutest of the girls.
