The Influential yet Arrogant, Manipulative, Exploitative and Greedy Parish Curate of San Diego, Responsible for the death of Ibarra's father and plots Ibarra's downfall along with Padre Salvi, his colleague and successor. Tan's portrayal focuses on the Manipulation, Hunger for Power, Hatred for the Ibarras, the Spanish domination and the regret of his evil upon San Diego.
