As Ruth sleeps, she is visited in her dreams by an angel, and with him is Olivia-John's late mother-who wants to apologize to Ruth for causing them to break up and deteriorate their relationship with her family for a while. She asks for forgiveness and for her to take care of John as best she can. She also says she can't wait to meet him and that he will also be waiting for her in heaven.
