His high-pitched growl betrays his massive frame, and his earnest stupidity makes him a perfect foil for Bebop's street-smart sarcasm. Though he's the heavy of the duo, Rocksteady's blind loyalty and simple-minded determination make him unexpectedly endearing—and surprisingly dangerous.
