One of Null’s executives and a member of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. As the Horseman of War, Mr. Samuel is absolutely obsessed with any kind of conflict ranging from simple arguments to world-ending wars, almost to the degree of a disturbing sexual fetish. War claims to have been there for every conflict the Turtles have been involved in, from their first battles with the Shredder to the war for the Fugitoid, and the battle against Krang, and he has been interested in Raphael in particular due to being the most combative Turtle.
