April’s snooty and uptight resident advisor. He’s always suspecting that April, Irma, and Casey are hiding something from him, that being the Turtles, but he just can’t seem to catch the trio no matter how much he tries. Eventually, however, Vernon’s nosiness gets him in trouble with Baxter Stockman and the TMNT has no choice but to save him. Vernon is excited that he was right all along, but he decides to keep the Turtles a secret out of gratitude for saving him and starts to loosen up a bit.
