A low-ranking Foot ninja mutated into a turtle using blood from Leonardo found on the site of the battle with Shredder. Now dubbed Venus de Milo as a response to the Turtles being named after Italian Renaissance artists, Jennika was set up to be the Foot’s own evil Ninja Turtle, but her own morals put that into question. Jennika wields a pair of tekko kagi in battle. After officially siding with the Turtles, Jennika discovers from Shinigami that she has a hidden talent for chi magic.
