An alleycat who was taken by the Foot Clan to be mutated into the leader of a new generation of mutant warriors. Unlike the other mutated animals, Old Hob is a self-described revolutionary who wants to fight for the mutants’ right to be seen as equal to their human neighbors. After being the subject of abuse by the Foot Clan for failing to defeat the Turtles, Hob snapped and abandoned them to form his own mutant gang. True to his species, Hob is an arrogant but crafty fighter from years of fending for himself on the streets, and his increased intelligence also granted Hob a silver tongue that he uses to gain allies.
