A clone of the Shredder who rules New York with an iron fist in the future that the mysterious Ronin hails from. After his final battle with the Turtles, Oroku Saki was on his last legs and needed an heir to his throne since Karai and Pimiko had long since betrayed him. After forcing Baxter Stockman to work with him one last time, Saki created Hiroto from his DNA to be just as much a ruthless warlord as his father. Unfortunately, Hiroto possessed none of his predecessor’s honor and became even worse than Saki, whom he eventually killed before taking full control of the Foot.
