A neurochemist who was mutated into a chimpanzee while unknowingly working for the Foot, retaining his human intelligence and granting him psychic powers in the process. Much like Donatello and Leatherhead, Monkey Brains is highly intelligent but also very arrogant about it, which gets on everybody’s nerves a lot of the time. Still, Tyler longs to regain his human form but for the moment, he finds being mutated into a monkey to be surprisingly useful.
