A falcon and a hammerhead shark mutated to serve the Foot Clan. Koya was originally the Oroku family’s pet falcon while Bludgeon was originally meant to be turned into dinner, but they were seen as something more and put through the mutagen. The two of them are diametrically opposed, with Koya being a harsh and quick-tempered warrior while Bludgeon is more zen and easygoing, but the two are as inseparable as brother and sister.
