A pair of racist NYPD officers serving the Purple Dragons who formerly worked alongside Arnold Jones. Corbin and Miller frequently bullied Jones during his time on the force because they were outraged & jealous that a black man could remain a good cop and be far more successful than they were. To combat this, Corbin led an assault on Arnold and permanently crippled him in the process, forcing Arnold into retirement. Frank and Richard got away with the crime after lying that Arnold was acting out of line, but his son Casey was determined to bring the two to justice.
