One of Null’s executives and a member of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Despite being the Horseman of Death and unofficial leader of the group, Mr. Louis has a strong sense of honor and ethics to rival that of Leonardo’s, to the point where the Turtles don’t believe him to be a villain, just someone following Null’s orders. Death also has ties to Shinigami, as they’re both avatars of the afterlife with aims to take the Shredder’s soul once he dies.
