Radical’s archenemy who gained his powers from the same lightning bolt that empowered Raven. Unlike Raven, who used her powers to become a superhero, Max used his newfound shapeshifting abilities to become a demonic supervillain. The two of them would fight for many years until one day when Raven seemed to have defeated Max once and for all. Believing her enemy to have finally been destroyed, Radical retired and became a college professor, but little did she know that Complete Carnage was still out there. After Complete Carnage was defeated yet again, he would later join forces with a group of the Turtles’ enemies and then bargain with Null.
