A witch living in Dimension X. The Turtles first encountered Cherubae while they were trying to return the Hyperstone of Sarnath to its namesake owner, and Cherubae warned them to keep it as far away from Krang as possible, who wanted the artifact for himself to serve as a power source for his forces. After buying them time to escape using her Turnstone, the Turtles don’t see Cherubae again until the eve of Krang’s invasion of Earth, when she informs the Turtles of the Turnstone’s power and how much Krang wants it.
