Once she was introduced to the Turtles, Aska began to see them as rivals, Leonardo in particular, but beneath her fiery and determined personality is a kind and earnest young woman with an undying respect for anyone with a sense of honor. Aska grew up idolizing Hamato Yoshi through watching him on TV and wanted to become a ninja master like him when she grew up.
