Months have passed since the defeat of Deathstroke, Dina has been patrolling the streets of Bludhaven with Artem, Stephen, and Coline while Ben has taken a leave of absence as he is taking the care of him and Coline’s child. Gangs have formed since “The Siege” and criminal crime bosses have made their way to Bludhaven. “Blockbuster” Rolanda Desmond has plan to taken over Bludhaven’s drug trade. Carlos Flores morns the death of his sister after “The Siege” and has become obsessed with taking down crime as “Tarantula” and will stop at nothing to end Blockbuster’s reign. And a new figure has been killing criminals for the sake of Justice, this “Red Hood” seems to know most of Dina’s moves and has matched her in combat. Dina and her team must stop Blockbuster from taking over Bludhaven, stopping Carlos’s vigilantism, and stop this mysterious Red Hood figure who has a secret past with Dina Grayson and Bryce Wayne.
