Carlos Flores morns the death of his sister after “The Siege” and has become obsessed with taking down crime as “Tarantula” and will stop at nothing to end Blockbuster’s reign. And a new figure has been killing criminals for the sake of Justice, this “Red Hood” seems to know most of Dina’s moves and has matched her in combat. Dina and her team must stop Blockbuster from taking over Bludhaven, stopping Carlos’s vigilantism, and stop this mysterious Red Hood figure who has a secret past with Dina Grayson and Bryce Wayne.
