In this spin-off of The Brave and the Bold, Dick Grayson fights the gangster Blockbuster while dealing with his corrupt co-workers at the Bludhaven police, but he will find his limits tested when Blockbuster hires Deathstroke, who blames Dick for the death of his son Joseph, and other assassins and mercenaries to kill Nightwing, causing Dick to enlist the help of an old ally.
