Nightwing is back, and his drive to keep Blüdhaven safe has never been stronger! Now working as a detective in Bludhaven, along with protecting the city at night as the vigilante Nightwing. His adoptive city has elected a new mayor with the last name Desmond. When Nightwing enlists Oracle's help in investigating the politician, she unearths details that will shock and fundamentally change the hero. Taking inspiration from Tom Taylor's run.
