Fan Casting Superman/Clark Kent in Nightwing

Would appear as both Clark Kent as around this time I would want to start introducing a President Luthor arc and I would want Clark to maybe appear on the news, interviewing Lex perhaps? Would also be Superman in flashbacks. So depending on how Nightwing got his name, the idea would be that when Dick left Bruce to strike out on his own, maybe Superman had been reading up on Kryptonian legends and suggested the name Nightwing?
