16 individuals wake up in a mysterious place, with no memory of how they got there, and are all assigned mysterious "Ultimate Talents" by a robotic bear named Monokuma, who then throws them into a Killing Game! They have to kill each other and get away with it in order to escape, otherwise, they will remain stuck in there forever.
