Synopsis

Ryan Cooper had solidified himself as the best racer in the Underground Racing scene with the help of Rachel, Samantha, and Nikki. However, it came with a cost as he began to rack up a serious bounty. Ryan leaves Bayview for the city of Rockport, driving a BMW M3 GTR that Rachel had personally built for his help taking down Caleb. However, he was going to learn the hard way that this city, operated different than Bayview and Olympic City. If he wanted to be the best, he needed to become the Most Wanted street racer.
