the story starts out with top cat and his gang making a portal machine to teleport you anywhere and any universe to show people so they can get money and be their best idea ever created by them but then suddenly after getting all the money top cat and the gang notice benny somehow messed up the controls and the portal sucks up the cat gang and and falling down to the ground of the hidden leaf village the gang gets confused but still interested in this worlds lifestyle as ninjas and naruto along with his friends sakura and sasuke encouter top cat while he was trying to pull off a scheme to get food from the noodle and ramen shop and naruto thinks that top cat could be a new ninja animal that also can talk leading to naruto to a funny showdown where naruto uses his ninja skills while top cat uses his cartoony and schmey tricks on naruto like disguises and scam him after a comedic misunderstanding naruto and top cat realize they can work together but top cat tells them there from another universe and they need to some home go home to thier garbge cans and street like home and naruto will help them get them back home as soon as possible.
