The librarian at Nathan Hale Elementary who was Agent Brand's assistant and the main antagonist of the fifth book. She is known to bake awful-tasting cookies for the children, and is surprisingly useful for combat. In The Villain Virus she is the only person who remains evil after the virus is destroyed. It is later revealed that she was actually a spy from Siberia named Viktoriya Deprankova.
