Synopsis

A group of university students come together with their Great Dane to solve the mysterious goings-on of Crystal Cove. When Velma Dinkley realises that it appears a legend has come to life and started killing college students, she works with newfound friends Daphne, Fred, Shaggy and his dog Scooby to find out who the killer is. But along the way they have to ask: is learning the truth really what they want?

Description of Fred Jones:

Fred is the captain of the swim team at Darrow University. Called a legacy by his classmates due to his father being Mayor Fred Jones Sr, the mayor of Crystal Cove who was famous for his parties when he was at university. Fred is desperate to get out of his father's shadow.
